Real Estate Agent – Secondary & Off-Plan

We are a growing Dubai-based real estate company seeking motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our team. This is a commission-based role ideal for individuals who are confident, target-driven, and eager to succeed in Dubai’s dynamic property market.

As a Secondary & Off-Plan Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify suitable properties for sale and rent
• Build and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and online platforms
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and transaction processes
• Coordinate with developers, landlords, and other real estate professionals
• Prepare and present property listings to prospective clients
• Negotiate and close property deals to achieve sales targets
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, property values, and regulations

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• UAE driving license is an advantage (optional)
