What You Will Do As a Real Estate Agent:

• Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Actively prospect and network to build a database of potential clients.
• Conduct property walk-throughs, host open houses, and study local market trends.
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to obtain a real estate license (we provide the schooling scholarship!).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation:

• Commission-based: Real estate agents are independent contractors. There is no ceiling on your income.
• Estimated Earning Potential: $45,000 to $100,000+ in your first year (depending on your dedication and effort).
