- Active TX Real Estate License
- Strong follow-up and client communication habits

- Assist clients throughout the buying and selling process by providing expert guidance and support
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers
- Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to ensure favorable outcomes for clients
- Maintain strong communication with clients, colleagues, and industry partners to facilitate smooth transactions
- Manage property listings, open houses, and showings to maximize exposure and engagement
- Stay informed about Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and local market trends to ensure compliance and best practices
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, managing documentation, and organizing appointments with organizational skills
Experience
- Prior experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients
- Excellent marketing abilities with knowledge of digital platforms and social media tools
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Familiarity with real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management practices is advantageous
- Proven organizational skills with experience in real estate administrative tasks or office management
