We are seeking a LICENSED Realtor to join our team. Licensed agent must be able to prove 5+ listing sales within the last year.

My team is expanding their hedge fund clients into North Carolina and we need some help. This agent will receive listing leads and see them through to closing. This is an incredible opportunity for agents who want to get into the hedge fund space and also for agents who want some lead flow to supplement their current business.

- Do not apply if you do not hold a real estate license or cannot prove recent listing experience.

- Brokerage split is 85/15 with a $14,000 cap. Team split, referral fees, and lead flow to be discussed.

- Participate in ownership! Company reserved share units can be easily earned.

- Participate in company revenue sharing.

- Follow Up Boss, Cloze, Real Scout, and Broker Engine included in tech package.

- Must live close to The Triad and be willing to cover the entire state.

- Must have a supra key, smart phone, and reliable car

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
