Job Title: Real Estate Agent (Off-Plan & Ready Properties)

• Time: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Please bring your updated CV to the interview)
• Location: Ewaan Hills Development, 20th floor, Grosvenor Business Bay Tower, Business Bay, Dubai

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team immediately.

Position Details:

• Salary: Salary + Attractive Commission + Visa
• Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay updated with market trends and property values
• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and sales abilities
• Presentable and professional appearance
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of the local real estate market
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut)
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• Multilingual candidates are preferred
• Previous real estate or sales experience is a plus
