The Role
As a Real Estate Agent with Gardenia Real Estate, you will be the bridge between property owners and prospective tenants/buyers. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Property Viewings: actively driving to and showcasing residential and commercial properties to prospective clients across Doha.
- Lead Management: Responding to inquiries from Property Finder, Qatar Living, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Market Analysis: Advising clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages to ensure a fair and honest deal.
- Negotiation: Acting as an intermediary to achieve the best price and terms for our clients.
- Listing Creation: taking photos and gathering details to create attractive property listings.
Mandatory Requirements (Please Read)
- Vehicle: MUST have a valid Qatar Driving License and your own car. (This is a non-negotiable requirement for viewing appointments).
- Residency: Must currently reside in Qatar with a valid QID (NOC availability is preferred).
- Language: Fluent in English & Arabic
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience (Qatar Real Estate market experience is highly preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
