Real Estate Agent(Offplan/Secodary)

Job Description

We are hiring experienced Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of real estate experience and be confident in handling clients, property viewings, and deal closures in the Dubai market.

This role offers salary plus commission, strong support, and excellent growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for property sales
• Sell off-plan and/or secondary market properties
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Advise clients on buying and selling properties
• Negotiate offers and close deals successfully
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Build long-term relationships with clients and investors
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai
• Good knowledge of the Dubai property market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• RERA certification is an advantage
