Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team in Doha. In this role, you will act as an intermediary between property owners and prospective buyers or tenants. Your goal will be to guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties across Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
·Client and property acquisition
Actively source and list high-quality residential or commercial properties for sale or lease.
Conduct market research to identify new property developments and market trends in Qatar.
Build and maintain a robust network of property owners, developers, and potential clients.
·Sales and leasing operations
Qualify incoming leads and match them with suitable properties based on their budget and lifestyle needs.
Accompany clients during property viewings and provide detailed information about the property, building amenities, and the surrounding neighborhood.
Negotiate price, lease terms, and conditions between landlords/sellers and tenants/buyers to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
·Compliance and administration
Ensure all transactions strictly comply with Qatar's Real Estate Brokerage Law (Law No. 22 of 2017).
Prepare and finalize standardized lease agreements (registered with the Ministry of Municipality) and sales contracts.
Collect and verify necessary legal documentation, including QID copies, CR (Commercial Registration) for corporate clients, and title deeds.
·Marketing and relationship management
Provide high-quality photographs and accurate descriptions for property portals (e.g., Property Finder Qatar, Qatar Living) and social media channels.
Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term client relationships and generate referrals.
Skills & Qualifications
· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience, ideally within the Qatar or GCC market.
· Mobility: A valid Qatar Driving License and access to a personal vehicle are essential for commuting to viewings.
· Communication: Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.
· Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and local property listing portals.
Preferred (High Advantage):
· Language: Bi-lingual capabilities, specifically fluency in Arabic, are highly valued for dealing with local landlords and government entities.
· Licensing: Possession of a formal Qatar Real Estate Broker License issued by the Ministry of Justice.
· Local Knowledge: A strong understanding of the legal frameworks regarding expatriate property ownership in designated freehold areas
