Real Estate Agents ( Fresher )

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our real estate team as a Real Estate Agent. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and the property market. You will be trained to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and explain property features to potential buyers/tenants
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Maintain and update property listings and client databases
• Support senior agents in negotiations and closing deals
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients regularly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field (Business, Marketing, or Real Estate preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales principles (training will be provided)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
