We are looking for a motivated and skilled Real Estate Agents/Property Consultant, with a proven track record in the Dubai Real Estate Market, to join our diverse team.

We provide continuous training to agents with training sessions focusing on client interaction, changing trends within the Dubai real estate market, and the general UAE rules and regulations regarding investing in property.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses.
• Selling Secondary & Off plan real estate properties.
• Managing Clients relationship
• Conducting Property Model and site viewing if required.
• Prompt processing of applications and warming up of all leads.
• Achievement of monthly sales Target
• Build lists of properties that include detailed specifications, and market them through open houses, advertisements, networking, and existing relationships

Qualifications

• Proven experience of working minimum 2 year as a (Property Consultant) Real estate Agent.
• Knowledge of the Dubai market and developers.
• Proven track record of overachieving targets
• Advanced skills in communication, computer usage, and problem-solving.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Driving License
