Job Summary

Diosky Real Estate Brokerage LLC is hiring Real Estate Agents in Dubai on a commission-based structure and Tele Callers with basic salary plus commission. Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales or tele sales are required. This opportunity is ideal for professionals looking to build a long-term career in Dubai real estate, property sales, off-plan sales, and secondary market transactions.

Open Positions1) Real Estate Sales Agent (Commission-Based)

Compensation:

• Commission only (No basic salary)
• 50% commission per closed deal
• Professional training and onboarding provided

Responsibilities:

• Handle property inquiries and client follow-ups
• Conduct property viewings
• Close off-plan and secondary market deals
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate with developers, owners, and internal teams

2) Tele Caller (Salary + Commission)

Compensation:

• Basic salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000 per month (based on experience)
• Commission and performance incentives

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Generate and qualify leads
• Schedule appointments for sales agents
• Maintain CRM and daily call reports
• Support the sales team with follow-ups

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in real estate sales or tele sales
• Experience in Dubai real estate market is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)

RERA certification is an advantage for Real Estate Agents or willingness to obtain.
