Responsibilities

• Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties
• Conduct open houses, property showings, and client consultations
• Perform market research and provide insights on local real estate trends
• Negotiate contracts and terms in the best interest of clients
• Work alongside industry partners (lenders, inspectors, escrow officers, etc.) to ensure smooth closings
• Develop and implement marketing plans for property listings across digital channels
• Keep detailed and accurate records using CRM systems and office tools
• Deliver outstanding service at every stage of the client experience

Skills & Qualifications

• Active Washington State real estate license or currently enrolled in licensing courses
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Eagerness to learn, accept coaching, and apply feedback
• Comfortable using technology, including CRM platforms
• Bilingual abilities are an advantage but not required
