Job Purpose
Reporting to Vice President, Legal, this position will provide legal support for a growing wind, solar and storage portfolio. The Real Estate and Development Counsel will review, draft and negotiate various project agreements and documentation associated with the development, financing and construction of solar, wind and storage facilities. In such role, the attorney will support Longroad’s development, construction, operations, and finance teams by reviewing, drafting and negotiating real estate agreements, equipment purchase and turbine supply agreements, transmission service and interconnection agreements, PPAs and REC agreements, consulting contracts and EPC agreements. This position will be responsible for foreseeing and protecting the Company against legal risks and is expected to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Salary/Compensation
The salary range is between $150k - $225k. In addition to base salary, this role includes a corporate bonus. The position offers health, vision/dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, accrued paid time off, life insurance and disability coverage.
