As the Director of Growth, you will spearhead our recruitment strategy, focusing on building a high-performing team of real estate agents and loan officers. This leadership role combines strategic planning with hands-on recruitment to grow our team and strengthen CRESTICO’s market presence. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our talent pipeline and drive the company’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit Top Talent: Identify, attract, and recruit high-caliber real estate agents and loan officers to join CRESTICO, building a robust and diverse team.
- Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement innovative recruitment campaigns, leveraging market insights and industry networks to source top talent.
- Onboard & Integrate: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into our collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, industry professionals, and recruitment platforms to maintain a steady pipeline of talent.
- Promote CRESTICO’s Brand: Collaborate with marketing to create compelling recruitment materials and campaigns that highlight CRESTICO’s value proposition to attract top talent.
- Track Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment performance, providing regular reports and insights to leadership to optimize hiring strategies.
- Foster Team Culture: Champion a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team environment that aligns with CRESTICO’s values.
- Stay Compliant: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and fair hiring standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in recruitment, preferably in real estate, finance, or a related industry, with a proven track record of attracting top talent.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage candidates and team members.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the real estate and mortgage industries, including the roles and skills of agents and loan officers.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and represent CRESTICO professionally.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment tools, CRMs, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS systems) to streamline hiring processes.
- Networking: Established network within the real estate or mortgagePart industry is a plus.
