Compensation:

$127,000 - $185,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Assist in generating leads and nurturing client relationships to build a robust client base.
  • Participate in hands-on training sessions to master the art of real estate transactions from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction and drive sales.
  • Engage in regular mentorship meetings to refine your skills and align with industry best practices.
  • Manage property listings and coordinate showings to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Support the negotiation process by preparing offers and counteroffers, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice and insights.

Qualifications:
  • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
  • Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges, demonstrating a proactive approach to professional growth.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with real estate principles or a willingness to learn, ensuring you can provide informed advice to clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining attention to detail while coordinating property listings and showings.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to stay organized and informed about market trends and developments.
