Real Estate Assistant

If you thrive as the steady hand behind the scenes, join an elite market leader with BHGRE Gary Greene in the Inner Loop area in a pivotal role supporting their real estate business. This is far from a standard desk job as you will be actively involved in all aspects of the business, both in the office and out in the field.

As the agent’s right hand, you’ll support every aspect of the business, helping clients feel valued while keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll keep them on track and serve as their gatekeeper and time manager, managing priorities, coordinating tasks, and acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, vendors, and the team. Your proactive approach, adaptability, and ability to pivot quickly ensure nothing is overlooked, even as priorities shift, keeping the business flowing seamlessly from day to day.

This is an in-person position, with some office hours required. The position is full-time offering approximately 40 hours a week. Weekend hours will be required.

Requirements:

• Must have active real estate license
• 2 years office administrative experience preferred
• 2 years of real estate experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Keeping calendars, emails, and tasks organized
• Ensure the agent is fully prepared for every appointment and event
• Maintain contact lists, keeping CRM up to date
• Manage contracts and listing agreements along with timelines
• Administrative support and document preparation
• Manage and coordinate execution of all marketing activities
• Tracking pending, closing, and upcoming production
• Host Open Houses on weekends
• Showing homes as needed

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
