I’m hiring a Real Estate Assistant

I’m looking for someone to help me stay organized, keep things moving, and support the day-to-day behind a growing real estate business.

This role includes:

  • Admin work and organizing documents
  • Managing my calendar, appointments, and emails
  • Assisting with listings and marketing
  • Helping with scheduling and client coordination
  • Occasionally assisting with events or in-person meetings
  • Supporting brand growth and overall operations

There’s a lot of opportunity here — you’ll be involved in different parts of the business and learn how everything actually runs behind the scenes.

I don’t need someone with experience — I can train.
What matters more is your mindset.

I’m looking for someone who:

  • Is organized and detail-oriented
  • Takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
  • Is creative and can help bring ideas to life
  • Is reliable and gets things done
