Duties

  • Support Johan Graham with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and managing client files
  • Assist in marketing properties through online listings, social media campaigns, and promotional materials to attract potential buyers or tenants
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections to ensure smooth operations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to provide updates and gather necessary information
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local real estate laws during all transactions
  • Conduct research on market trends, property values, and legal requirements to support sales strategies
  • Manage property management tasks such as lease renewals, rent collection, and maintenance scheduling when applicable

  • Help with property management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate administration and property management is highly preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills to facilitate deals and resolve client concerns effectively
  • Excellent marketing abilities to promote properties creatively and efficiently
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and ethical standards in the industry
  • Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal—to liaise confidently with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Previous experience in real estate law or legal procedures related to property transactions is advantageous
