STASH Realty Group is a professional, real estate team serving the East and Northeast DFW suburbs — Wylie, Murphy, Sachse, Lavon, and beyond. Our team leader, Matthew Soto, has built a growing business on three principles: serve clients well, do what you say you'll do, and execute the operational details that turn one closing into three referrals.

This role is the operational engine that makes those principles real. That's the job.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS

We're hiring an Real Estate Assistant to be the operational backbone of STASH. This person will own the administrative and transactional engine of the business — the inbox, the calendar, the CRM, the contract-to-close process, the social posting schedule, the client experience details that turn one closing into three referrals.

If we do this right, Matthew gets to spend his time where it belongs: with clients, building the team, and growing the business. Your job is to make that possible.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

Read this part carefully. It saves us both time.

  • This is not a path to becoming a real estate agent. If selling is your goal, this is the wrong role.
  • This is not a remote job. It's in-person, in Wylie, every weekday.
  • This is not a stepping-stone or side gig. We're hiring someone who wants to build a real career in real estate operations.
  • This is not a clock-watcher's job. We work hard daily to serve our clients at the highest level.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Transactions: Every contract from accepted offer to closing day. Deadlines hit, paperwork clean, clients informed.
  • CRM: Lofty is our operational backbone. You'll keep it clean, tagged, and accurate.
  • Inbox & Calendar: First pass on email. Appointment setting. Schedule defense.
  • Listing Coordination: MLS entry, photographer scheduling, sign install, lockbox, launch checklist.
  • Client Experience: Closing gifts, review requests, anniversary touchpoints. The details that make people refer us.
  • Social Posting: Scheduling and publishing content we create across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile.
  • Light Marketing Ops: Email blasts, basic Canva edits, content calendar tracking.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE GREAT AT THIS

  • Google Workspace fluent. Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets. This is non-negotiable. You should be the most organized person in your friend group.
  • CRM experience. Doesn't have to be Lofty — Follow Up Boss, KW Command, Sierra, BoomTown, Salesforce all transfer. You need to understand pipelines, tagging, and automation.
  • Social media posting comfort. You know your way around Facebook, Instagram, and ideally Google Business Profile. Basic Canva skills.
  • Strong written communication. You can write a professional client email without sounding stiff. Spelling and grammar matter.
  • Detail-obsessed. You catch typos in contracts. You notice when a date is wrong. Nothing slips.
  • Calm under pressure. Real estate has fire drills. You don't panic — you problem-solve.

BONUS POINTS (NICE TO HAVE, NOT REQUIRED)

  • Prior transaction coordination experience (we'll train you if you have the right traits)
  • Active Texas real estate license (or willingness to get one for operational support — not for selling)
  • Lofty CRM experience
  • NTREIS MLS familiarity

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Pay: Base salary depending on experience, paid monthly
  • Per-File Bonus: To be discussed in person
  • Schedule: Full Time
  • 1099 for first 90 days (probation period) then transitioned into W2
  • Reviews: 30, 60, and 90 days — you'll always know where you stand

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
