Real Estate Assistant cum Agent

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Real Estate Assistant / Receptionist to support daily office operations and assist the real estate team. The role combines front-desk responsibilities with administrative and coordination tasks related to property management and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Prepare and manage documents, contracts, and reports
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Schedule appointments, property viewings, and meetings
  • Assist in coordination with internal teams and external parties

Real Estate Support

  • Assist in updating property listings on platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
  • Coordinate with agents, tenants, and service providers
  • Support in preparing property presentations and marketing materials
  • Track property availability, leasing status, and documentation
  • Assist with tenant onboarding and basic property management tasks

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in real estate
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with real estate portals is an advantage
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Preferred

  • Experience in UAE real estate industry
  • Knowledge of Tawtheeq, Ejari, or leasing processes
