Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Real Estate Assistant / Receptionist to support daily office operations and assist the real estate team. The role combines front-desk responsibilities with administrative and coordination tasks related to property management and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Prepare and manage documents, contracts, and reports
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Schedule appointments, property viewings, and meetings
- Assist in coordination with internal teams and external parties
Real Estate Support
- Assist in updating property listings on platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
- Coordinate with agents, tenants, and service providers
- Support in preparing property presentations and marketing materials
- Track property availability, leasing status, and documentation
- Assist with tenant onboarding and basic property management tasks
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in real estate
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with real estate portals is an advantage
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
