Real Estate Assistant: Data Entry, (Mailouts) Marketing

Real Estate Agent looking for an Assistant to provide personalized secretarial duties: which include data entry, (mailouts via Avery labels, etc. ), marketing, creating and sending out marketing blasts, re Homes for sale, etc. - also will need administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. (would prefer candidate to have some knowledge of Real Estate forms and systems, such as WinForms, MLS, etc.- this is not mandatory, willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude). You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the Real Estate Agent's working life and communication, Initial primary duties may include creating flyers and marketing materials, also data entry and you may also set and facilitate appointments for showings, (it would be an asset if one has experience typing up R. Purchase Agreement Offers), (also open for discussion, prospective candidate may be asked to show homes to clients in close proximity, this is not mandatory and is not required- but can be an incentive to earn extra money), at least 6 months prior clerical experience necessary- preferably detail oriented. (Great opportunity to potentially grow and learn from an experienced Realtor).

Responsibilities

  • Input data to update email contacts and CRM contacts
  • Screen and direct phone calls.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Create and help finalize marketing letters and promotions
  • Produce Flyers and help facilitate monthly email Newsletter
  • Devise and maintain office filing system, update email contacts
  • Maintain and organize files
  • Facilitate and Implement Transaction Co-Ordinator duties
  • Help with updating Business Facebook Page
  • Prefer Administrative proven work experience, in the Real Estate field
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office, Publisher, Word or some date entry systems knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, able to communicate with clients effectively
  • Willing and able to assist with Marketing campaigns
  • (Real estate license preferred)
  • Job Type: Part-time- initially 1 to 2 days per week, initially appxly. 6 hours per scheduled day. (Also potential to grow, as business grows).

Salary: $20.00 /hour

Summary

As a Real Estate Assistant specializing in Data Entry and Marketing, you will support the administrative functions of my Real Estate business. Your core responsibilities will include data entry, managing databases, and assisting with marketing initiatives. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, along with your clerical and administrative experience, will be essential in maintaining organized records and facilitating effective communication. A Real Estate License is preferred, as it will enhance your ability to contribute to the success of the Business.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
