Real Estate Assistant (Licensed)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Licensed Real Estate Assistant to join our team full-time. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a current real estate license who prefers to focus on supporting the team without actively engaging in sales. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused, eager to assist with both administrative tasks and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Show homes and host open houses as needed.
• Prepare and manage offer documents, listing agreements, and related paperwork.
• Maintain and organize client databases using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and transaction management software.
• Develop marketing materials and oversee ongoing marketing efforts.
• Create engaging social media content to promote listings and services.
• Plan and execute client appreciation events.
• Provide concierge-style services to enhance the client experience.
• Manage and track leads to ensure a smooth sale pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License required but does actively seek to sell Real Estate.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
• Familiarity with Custom Relationship Management (CRMs) and transaction management software is preferred.
• Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor
• Strong social media and content creation skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Brings creative perspective to both marketing and day-to-day operations

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time, Exempt (Salaried), $48,000 Per Year
• Occasional evening and weekend availability required
• Bonuses will be granted according to periodic production performance
• Flexible work hours with potential for a hybrid schedule after training
