Job Title: Associate Attorney – Real Estate Litigation

About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience in real estate law (residential and commercial). The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with strong litigation skills and the willingness to take cases to trial. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate disputes, including litigation and trial work. Draft and review pleadings, motions, contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys. Manage a caseload independently, while providing regular updates to clients and firm leadership. Advocate for clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and trials. Collaborate with attorneys and staff on complex real estate cases and business development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Active and valid license to practice law in [State].

3–5 years of experience in real estate law, including residential and commercial matters.

Proven litigation experience with a strong desire to take cases to trial.

Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Strong organizational, time-management, and client-relations skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
