Position Overview

We are seeking a Foreclosure / Real Estate Attorney with demonstrated experience in foreclosure law, real estate-related matters, and litigation. This position is responsible for managing foreclosure files through all phases of the process and appearing in court on behalf of firm clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent lenders and servicers in foreclosure proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and contested matters
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and related legal documents
• Perform legal research and provide strategic analysis and recommendations
• Oversee cases from inception through resolution, ensuring compliance with all deadlines and regulatory requirements
• Negotiate settlements, loan modifications, and other resolutions when appropriate

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active and current member of the Florida Bar
• Three (3) or more years of experience in foreclosure, real estate, or related practice areas preferred
• Strong litigation experience, including bench trial exposure
• Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
