Real Estate Attorney (Associate Level)

TROXELL LEIGH PC is a Leesburg law firm looking for an attorney to work with one of our name partners, Benjamin Leigh.

His practice involves extraordinary real estate. Recent types of work involve: the transfer of a National Landmark property with specialized tax benefits worth over $560M; a $25M sale leaseback for data center development; sale of a $20M industrial portfolio; sale of a Virginia winery; securing over $2M in restorative environmental credits while retaining development rights for project with over $100M; navigating partition suit dynamics to secure “life changing money” of over $12M for individuals; securing change to Code of Virginia to unlock value of flawed subdivision.

The firm work expectations are realistic at 1600 hours. Pay ranges from $110K to $150K depending on qualifications. Ben Leigh is a mentor in and outside his firm, actively engaged in CLE programs and legislative changes on a local and statewide level. He is a former president of the Virginia Bar Association.

Qualifications:

• Virginia bar admission (required)
• 1–5 years of real estate law experience
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, detail-oriented legal work
