Real Estate Attorney (Hybrid)

Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Associate Attorney (Real Estate) to assist the growing, dynamic team at New York.

This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters with significant responsibility, client contact, and professional growth within a collaborative, entrepreneurial firm environment.

This is a fulltime and hybrid position at a law firm in New York.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft, review and revise agreements and legal documents
• Conduct due diligence for residential transactions
• Joint ventures, acquisitions, sales, ground leases, lender-side financing, and related corporate real estate transactions
• Conduct research into past cases and documents to understand the legal landscape and precedents.
• Represent clients through the entire lifecycle of development and construction project

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of experience in real estate law
• Licensed to practice law in New York
