Real Estate Broker

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Real Estate Brokers / Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the drive to succeed in the fast-paced real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with qualified leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process.
• Visit developers’ offices to stay updated on new launches, pricing, and inventory.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers.
• Negotiate and close deals professionally to achieve individual and company targets.

Requirements:

• Sales experience in any field is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Candidates new to real estate are also encouraged to apply — full training and support will be provided.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage (not mandatory).
