Real Estate Broker

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Broker to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market, a passion for real estate, and a proven ability to close deals in both off-plan and ready property segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties (off-plan and secondary market)
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate and close sales and leasing deals
• Coordinate with developers, landlords, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a real estate broker or agent in the UAE (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai property markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• RERA/DRE certification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
