Job Description:
We are currently seeking dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Brokers to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of sales experience (in real estate or any industry) and a passion for achieving success in the Dubai property market.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate trends and market conditions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and developers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
• Presentable, confident, and motivated personality.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic salary: AED 2,000 – 6,000 (based on experience).
