The Real Estate Broker is responsible for sourcing, advising, and guiding clients through the entire property acquisition, sale, or leasing process while upholding XIS Real Estate’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and market expertise. This role requires strong market knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and developer partnerships.
- Conduct client consultations to understand investment goals, lifestyle needs, and budget requirements.
- Present tailored property solutions, including off-plan, ready, resale, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and property tours, ensuring a professional, seamless client experience.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial client contact to offer negotiation, documentation, and closing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, developer launches, pricing, payment plans, and legal regulations in the UAE real estate market.
- Build strong relationships with developers to secure allocations, project updates, and exclusive units.
- Ensure accurate CRM usage, timely follow-ups, and proper documentation of all client interactions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, market analyses, and investment briefs when required.
- Represent XIS Real Estate with professionalism, ethics, and a client-first mindset at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate brokerage (UAE market experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of real estate procedures, RERA/DARI regulations, and developer processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple client requirements, and meet monthly KPIs.
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or another language is advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
