Golden Bricks Real Estate is looking for motivated and professional Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team. We are seeking individuals who are confident, client-focused, and knowledgeable about the Dubai real estate market.

Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, and online platforms
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and budget
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Provide accurate property information and market insights
• Negotiate terms between buyers, sellers, and tenants
• Support the closing process with involved parties

Administrative & Compliance

• Prepare and manage required agreements and documents
• Maintain updated client and property records in the CRM
• Follow company procedures and local real estate guidelines
• Provide regular updates on sales activity and progress

Marketing & Market Awareness

• Assist in preparing property listings and marketing materials
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and new developments
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE
• UAE Driving License
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional, organized, and target-driven
