Requirements:

- Own Car or Driving License Holder

- Previous experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.

- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and current trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation skills and a knack for closing deals.

- Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property requirements.

- Presenting to potential clients and conduct viewings

- Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM.

- Negotiate contracts and facilitate the closing process.

- Stay updated on market trends and property values.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
