Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Broker located in Dubai. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting market research, building relationships with clients, preparing property listings, arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves staying updated on the real estate market trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering tailored property solutions.
• Conduct market research and prepare CMAs to guide clients on pricing and investment opportunities.
• Source, list, and market properties with high-quality listings and effective digital strategies.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, open houses, and site tours.
• Negotiate offers and manage deals from start to finish with professionalism.
• Ensure all documentation complies with RERA and Dubai Land Department standards.
• Collaborate with developers, mortgage brokers, and industry partners to streamline transactions.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, new developments, and regulatory changes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales or leasing targets.
• Represent Ashbourne Row at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
