Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated and experienced Real Estate Brokers to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is a remote position with full flexibility, offering a generous 60/40 commission split.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, list, and sell/rent properties in Dubai’s real estate market
• Handle client inquiries and conduct property viewings (in-person when required)
• Negotiate deals and prepare necessary contracts/documents
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and RERA regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate brokerage experience in Dubai
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• RERA license is a plus
• Access to a laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection
• Knowledge of CRM systems and property portals is an advantage
