Job description:

We're seeking fresh/ experienced real estate professionals in Dubai to join our Sales and Leasing teams. we focus on long term client relationships and outstanding customer service, while supporting our agents through strong management, administration, and marketing teams.

There's great potential to thrive through consistency and determination. After excelling as a Sales Consultant, you may progress to a management position.

Role requirements:

• Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
• Conduct market appraisals for listings
• List properties on Property Finder
• Qualify clients and arrange viewings
• Acting as a negotiator and find suitable outcomes for both parties
• Keep record of properties, clients, and owners
• Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency

• Passion for real estate and a willingness to expand your knowledge
• Customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivation and work ethic
• A collaborative, energetic and proactive approach
