We specialise in residential sales and leasing with a strong focus on service quality, transparency and long term client relationships. We are expanding our team and are looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Brokers to work across Dubai Marina, Arabian Ranches, The Villa, Downtown and Al Barari. Role Overview As a Real Estate Sales Broker you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of properties and clients. You will guide buyers and sellers through the full property sales process while representing the Palladium Alpha brand professionally at all times. Key Responsibilities Generate and manage property listings within your assigned areas Build strong relationships with property owners and clients Conduct viewings and property presentations Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers Maintain accurate records and client data Stay updated on market trends and community developments Work closely with the wider team to achieve targets Skills and Experience Previous real estate experience in Dubai is preferred Strong sales and negotiation skills Confident communicator with a client focused approach Self motivated with the ability to manage your own workload Good knowledge of Dubai communities and market trends RERA certification is an advantage UAE driving licence is preferred What We Offer Attractive commission structure Strong marketing and admin support Quality leads and professional systems Training and development A supportive team culture Ideal Candidates You will be professional, confident, reliable, and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
