Have you got what it takes to succeed in the highly lucrative yet competitive Dubai real estate market?

We are looking for motivated, target driven & personable real estate agents to join our growing boutique real estate agency.

What you will be responsible for:

- Presenting & negotiating purchase offers to sellers for consideration.

- Market analysis to assist landlords & sellers in valuing their properties.

- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.

- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and leases.

- Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and handover of funds.

- Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.

- Refer clients to the relevant service, for example, mortgage services for a buyer, etc.

What we ask for from you:

- 6 months of industry sales experience is a MUST.
