This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Real Estate Broker. The responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, or renting properties, facilitating property negotiations, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The Real Estate Broker will actively seek new property listings, conduct market analysis, and manage relations with clients to fulfill their real estate needs. Strategic sales initiatives and clear communication with clients are key aspects of this role.

• Proficiency in brokerage and real estate transactions
• Strong customer service and client management skills
• Proven abilities in property sales and real property management
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
• Solid understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and trends
• Experience with real estate technology platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a relevant field is preferred
