About the Role

Eden Grove Properties is looking for motivated, results-driven Real Estate Brokers to join our growing Dubai team. This is not a seat-warmer role — it's an opportunity for closers who want consistent lead flow, a strong team environment, and the infrastructure to actually succeed in today's market.

You'll be working from our prime Sheikh Zayed Road office, supported by a structured lead generation system that delivers real buyer inquiries — not recycled lists or cold databases.

Who We're Looking For

• ✓RERA-certified or willing to obtain certification
• ✓1+ year of real estate or sales experience (Dubai market experience preferred)
• ✓Confident communicator with strong closing instincts
• ✓Self-motivated with a hunger to earn and grow
• ✓Professional, reliable, and client-focused
