We, as one of the leading Real Estate Company in Dubai, are looking for Real Estate Agents to join our organization who will help buyers to navigate through each stage of finding their perfect residential or commercial space.

Duties & Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them

To be able to work on ready as well as off-plan properties & be able to work with developers

Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing

Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements

UAE working experience for 2 to 3 years as a Real Estate Agent/Salesperson

Nationality/Age/Gender no bar

Excellent negotiating & convincing skills

Should be good in calculations

UAE Driving License holder

Should possess pleasing personality, strong interpersonal & communication skills & should be voluble

Must be fluent in English

Being Bilingual/Multilingual is a plus

Please Note - Its only Commission based role, No salary
