Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct property consultations and viewings
• Understand client requirements and investment goals
• Follow up with leads through CRM and communication channels
• Negotiate and close property deals
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and client records
• Stay updated on market trends, projects, and pricing
• Coordinate with developers, owners, and internal departments
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Previous real estate sales experience in Dubai is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable and professional attitude
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Basic CRM and computer skills
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
• Multilingual candidates are a plus
