We are currently looking for an experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Working with company-provided leads and client database
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Conducting consultations and follow-ups with buyers and investors
• Presenting suitable property opportunities
• Managing the sales process from inquiry to closing
• Maintaining accurate CRM records
• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales experience is preferred
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in a commission-based environment
• English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus
• Real estate experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
