What You’ll Do:

Represent buyers and sellers in the luxury residential market

Convert and manage inbound leads provided by the firm

Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients

Execute high-level listing presentations and negotiations

Deliver a white-glove client experience from start to finish

Who You Are:

Active Illinois Real Estate License

Professional, polished, and client-focused

Strong closer with confidence working in higher price points (or ready to step into that tier)

Highly motivated with a business-building mindset

Understands the importance of brand, presentation, and client experience
