We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Team Leader to lead, mentor, and support a team of real estate agents. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to drive team performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members
• Generate business opportunities and assist with closing deals
• Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
• Monitor market trends and ensure compliance with real estate regulations
