About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Broker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property sales and leasing transactions, building strong client relationships, supervising agents when required, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the buying, selling, and renting process. Real Estate Brokers play a key role in negotiating deals, generating leads, and providing expert market advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective clients.
- Provide clients with accurate market analysis and property valuations.
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and transaction terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Maintain and update property listings across relevant platforms.
- Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with mortgage advisors, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office application
