Real Estate Broker / Property Consultant – Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Broker to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, building strong client relationships, and successfully closing transactions while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an intermediary between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Assist clients with property searches, viewings, and market analysis.
• Negotiate sales agreements, lease terms, and transaction details.
• Guide clients through the entire real estate process from inquiry to closing.
• Prepare and manage contracts, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and property owners.
• Promote property listings through digital marketing and property portals

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate sales and leasing is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and regulations.
• Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, property portals, and digital marketing tools.
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission-Based Structure
• 50% commission share on all successfully closed sales and leasing transactions.
• Additional performance-based incentives and bonuses may be offered.

Earnings Examples

Property Sale: AED 5,000,000 transaction = AED 100,000 commission → AED 50,000 agent share.

Property Lease: AED 250,000 annual rent = AED 12,500 commission → AED 6,250 agent share.
