Job Responsibilities:

• Handle company-generated leads and inquiries.
• Follow up with buyers, tenants, landlords, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Promote and market available properties.
• Negotiate and close sales and leasing transactions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
