About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Female Real Estate Broker to join our growing team. If you have at least 1 year of experience in real estate and are passionate about closing deals, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Handle sales and leasing inquiries professionally

Conduct property viewings and client meetings

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Promote company listings and increase lead conversions

Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documentation

Stay updated with market trends and developer launches

Requirements:

Female candidates only

Minimum 1 year UAE real estate experience

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Familiar with Dubai / Sharjah property market

Positive attitude and professional appearance

Compensation:

Basic Salary + Commission

High commission payout + incentives
