Real Estate Broker (Fresher)

Mighthouse Realty is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Real Estate Agent Interns who want to build a long-term career in Dubai’s dynamic real estate market. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience, professional training, and real exposure to the real estate industry.

As part of our team, you will work closely with experienced professionals, develop your sales and negotiation skills, and build a strong foundation for a successful career in real estate.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, Chinese, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese are a strong advantage
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Comfortable with video content, social media promotion, and client presentations
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage leads, follow up diligently, and close deals efficiently
