Engel & Völkers is expanding into Maui, Hawaii, and we are seeking an experienced Broker in Charge to establish and lead our shop. This is a rare opportunity to build and mentor a high-performing team within a globally recognized luxury real estate brand.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the Broker in Charge, ensuring full compliance with Hawaii real estate laws and regulations.

· Recruit, onboard, and mentor Advisors to build a collaborative, high-performing team.

· Provide ongoing coaching, contract review, and risk management oversight.

· Partner with regional leadership to implement strategy and support market growth.

· Represent Engel & Völkers within the Maui community and local real estate industry.

Qualifications

· Active Hawaii Broker license in good standing.

· Minimum of 5+ years of real estate experience with a proven production record.

· Strong knowledge of Hawaii real estate law, compliance, and brokerage operations.

· Experience recruiting, mentoring, and developing real estate professionals.

· Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills.

· Proficiency with real estate technology platforms and CRM systems.
